The Scheduling Specialist plays a critical role in supporting litigation operations at Strategic Legal Practices by ensuring court-related scheduling is accurate, timely, and fully coordinated. This position works directly with partners and senior counsel on a daily basis and serves as a central point of coordination for hearings, depositions, and trial matters across California.
Responsibilities include managing and monitoring court dockets statewide, confirming hearings and depositions are proceeding as scheduled, coordinating attorney appearances, tracking cases approaching trial, and working with third-party legal vendors essential to litigation operations. The role provides high-volume legal administrative and scheduling support within a fast-paced litigation environment.
