Position Overview
The Vehicle Inspection Scheduling Specialist plays a critical operational role in coordinating vehicle inspections across the firm’s active litigation docket. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive follow-up, and meticulous recordkeeping to ensure inspections are scheduled, properly noticed, and completed without disruption to litigation timelines.
