Soccer Stars is partnering with AYSO to provide a fun, engaging, and development-focused soccer program for young players in the Torrance community.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic soccer coaches who enjoy working with children and creating a positive learning environment.

Lead age-appropriate soccer practices and activities.
Teach fundamental soccer skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and teamwork.
Create a fun, encouraging, and safe environment for players.
Keep children engaged through games, drills, and creative activities.
Communicate professionally with parents, program staff, and AYSO representatives.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to coach.
Follow Soccer Stars and AYSO safety and program guidelines.

Soccer playing and/or coaching experience preferred.
Experience working with children is a plus.
Positive, energetic, and patient personality.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays.
Background check and other program requirements may apply.
Schedule
Fridays & Saturdays
Part-time hours, with specific times based on program sessions and field availability in Torrance.
