HVAC Technician

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Complete same‑day repairs when possible, including part replacement
• Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats per manufacturer specifications and code
• Diagnose and repair HVAC‑related electrical and plumbing components
• Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
• Communicate job status clearly with management and team members
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements
