Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO at tarte cosmetics | LAYIQ

Previous experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, in a role involving calendar coordination, planning, travel coordination, personal assistant responsibilities, etc.
Previous experience as a personal assistant, supporting VIP or Celebrity is a plus
Proficiency in calendar management tools & office software
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proactive & adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often
Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area (able to commute from Miami 2x per week)
Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc)
