Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!

Job Responsibilities:

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:

Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.

Must designate material staging areas.

Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.

Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.

Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

Requirements

What we look for in new team members:

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
