The Lab Systems Optimization Project Manager leads complex enterprise transformation initiatives focused on laboratory systems modernization, workflow optimization, and operational standardization. This role will spearhead the expansion of Epic Beaker into a new facility while driving broader efforts to modernize workflows, processes, and supporting technologies across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate bridges strong project management expertise with deep laboratory operations experience (including centralized laboratory services, workflow redesign, and systems implementation).
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Transformation (35%): Lead enterprise-wide laboratory transformation initiatives, focusing on workflow optimization, systems modernization, process standardization, and operational improvement.
