TechFlow is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a mission-critical DOD software development and modernization program. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government, the Program Manager will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and execution oversight for a multidisciplinary Agile software development team.
This program provides software development (modernization) and technical support services for a critical DOD system. The Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of all contract requirements while leading efforts to sustain, enhance, optimize, and continuously improve the system through secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The Program Manager will oversee a high-performing technical team.
The successful candidate will foster collaboration across all functional areas while ensuring software solutions are delivered using Agile methodologies, DevSecOps best practices, and the DoD Software Acquisition Pathway in support of customer modernization objectives.
