EMI Service is hiring a HVAC Operations Specialist to support the daily operational activities of commercial and industrial HVAC maintenance and service operations aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. This position works closely with management, HVAC supervisors and mechanics, subcontractors, vendors, work control, and government personnel to ensure efficient workflow, scheduling coordination, procurement support, accurate documentation, and customer service.
The HVAC Operations Specialist assists with preventive maintenance and service-order tracking, work coordination, HVAC parts and material procurement, production reporting, and administrative support to help keep HVAC work moving from initial service request through completion.
