TEiC Services is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our growing Industrial Construction team.
This highly visible role is responsible for developing accurate and competitive project estimates, supporting the full pre-construction process, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and partnering with operations teams to ensure successful project execution. The Construction Estimator will play a critical role in securing new work and supporting change management on active projects.
What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed and conceptual cost estimates for heavy industrial construction projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and equipment installation scopes.
