At The Breakie Bunch, our infant teachers are basically superheroes… just with more bottles and a lot less sleep.

A typical day includes:
- Snuggles, smiles, and yes… the occasional outfit change (yours and theirs)
- Creating a nurturing, safe, and loving environment
- Tracking feedings, naps, and milestones like a pro
- Talking, singing, and engaging—even when they can’t talk back yet
- Building strong relationships with families (this one matters A LOT)

Requirements
- Ability to laugh and have fun while getting the job done well
- Minimum of a CDA (Associate’s in Early Childhood preferred)
- CPR & First Aid Certified (we’ll provide if needed)
- Bloodborne Pathogen Training before starting (provided if needed)
- Love for teaching and strong commitment
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement program activities
- Strong communication skills
- Team player mindset
