We offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated college student to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent management.
Position Overview:
The NIL & Athlete Marketing Intern will support the agency’s football and basketball athlete marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) strategy, partnerships, and brand development for collegiate and pro athletes.
Interns will gain hands-on exposure to NIL deal structuring, brand partnership outreach, athlete positioning strategy, sponsorship asset development, and revenue-generation efforts across both individual athlete marketing and youth sports initiatives.
