The Road Supervisor provides front-line supervision for drivers and support staff while ensuring safe, timely, and efficient shuttle operations from pull-out through route completion. This role oversees vehicle readiness, fleet condition, route coverage, supplies, documentation, and on-road performance while partnering with the Operations Manager on fleet movement, repairs, staffing coverage, and operational records.
The Road Supervisor also supports driver recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, driver certifications, road testing, incident investigation, and safety follow-up to maintain service quality, regulatory compliance, and company standards.
