The Shop Foreman is a Leadership Position within our Fleet Team. They partner with the Fleet Manager, Fleet Supervisor and Fleet Coordinator for scheduling fleet maintenance work on a variety of different fleet vehicles ranging from Motorcoaches to Transit Vans. The Shop Foreman will supervise a diverse Fleet Team consisting of Technicians, Fleet Coordinators, Parts and Inventory Specialists and others.
The Shop Foreman will work with the team to diagnosis and troubleshoot complex issues, manage work orders to ensure accurately billing, have advance understanding of heavy duty and light duty vehicle components, be familiar with fleet telematics systems, DVIR processes, monitor shop efficiency and performance and above all Lead with Humility.
