Beam line operator

United Steel Fabrication LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Beam Line Operator to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Operate beam line equipment to cut and process steel beams accurately according to blueprints and job specifications.
• Set up machinery and tooling based on project requirements.
• Inspect beams for quality, dimensions, and compliance with standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of beam line equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area consistent with company safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
• Document production data and maintain records as required.

Requirements

• Experience operating beam line machinery or similar equipment in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
