About the Role
United Steel Fabrication LLC is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman / Shop Superintendent to lead daily operations in a structural steel fabrication shop. This role is responsible for organizing shop work, planning production, coordinating personnel and equipment, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping establish consistent standard work methods across the shop.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong structural steel fabrication experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to plan work in a way that keeps projects moving efficiently from material receiving through fabrication, welding, finishing, and shipment.
