UpSmith seeks to hire a Growth Associate to contribute to go-to-market efforts that drive consistent revenue growth for the business. This position will work alongside the UpSmith leadership team at our headquarters to drive business development and outbound sales efforts, produce high-quality content, and represent the business well to prospective clients. Responsibilites
Pipeline Development
Source and build a prospect list of high-fit targets using ServiceTitan and other signals from the ICP.
Segment and prioritize accounts by revenue potential, sales readiness, and aggregator affiliation.
Maintain and manage all deal activity across the sales cycle in Hubspot, UpSmith’s CRM.
Outbound Execution
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social.
