Behavior Technician
Paid Training | $21–$25/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Manhattan, NY
Vibrant ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Manhattan, NY. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in a child’s life while receiving ongoing training, clinical support, and a flexible schedule that supports your availability.

About the Role
As a BT/RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA. You will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working closely with families and receiving ongoing supervision from our clinical team.
