Manage and grow a mixed book of business, including both inherited and self-sourced client relationships.
Support lead advisors in preparing for and conducting client meetings, including portfolio reviews and planning analysis.
Develop financial plans, including retirement projections, cash flow analysis, and benefits comparisons.
Manage client account paperwork, onboarding, and ongoing service requests.
Maintain CRM and portfolio management systems with accurate client information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered.
- Progress toward or willingness to pursue CFP® certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning planning and portfolio management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred (Not Required)
- CFP® certification or active progress toward it.
- SIE, Series 7 & 66, certification or active progress toward it.
