Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics for advisors and firm leadership.
Serve as a first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
Prepare, proofread, and organize client-facing documents, agendas, and correspondence.
Support CRM data entry and maintenance to keep client records accurate and current.
Handle general office administration: mail, supplies, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-first demeanor.
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort learning new software, including CRM systems.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential client and financial information.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset and genuine interest in supporting a collaborative team.
