Assist advisors with client meeting preparation, including agenda building, portfolio review materials, and research support.
Support data entry and maintenance within CRM and portfolio management systems.
Help prepare financial planning materials, including retirement projections, cash flow summaries, and benefits comparisons.
Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and planning strategies under advisor supervision.
Assist with client onboarding documentation and account paperwork.
Attend client meetings as appropriate to observe advisor-client interaction.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; rising junior or senior preferred.
- Strong interest in financial planning, wealth management, or the CFP® path.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort learning new software platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
