THE ROLE
We Are Social is looking for a culture-hungry Senior Copywriter with paid social experience to join our growing team. You are a strategic thinker and a strong writer who knows how to turn cultural insights into ideas people actually want to engage with. You develop concepts, craft compelling copy, and champion creative excellence from pitch through production. You are confident presenting and defending your work, thrive on collaboration, and know how to balance bold creative thinking with the realities of paid social execution.
You stay at the forefront of culture (and safe zones!), understand how people use social platforms, and create work that feels native to each one while helping solve real business challenges.
