The Opportunity
Williams Parker, the region’s largest and oldest law firm, is seeking an experienced Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal to join its established Trusts & Estates practice in Sarasota, Florida.
This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated probate and trust administration matters alongside experienced attorneys serving individuals, families, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries. The ideal candidate will bring substantive probate experience, strong project-management and accounting capabilities, and the judgment and attention to detail required to guide complex matters from initial administration through final distribution.
What You Will Do
- Manage probate and trust administration matters. Prepare and file petitions, motions, notices, letters of administration, inventories, accountings, and other documents required throughout estate and trust administration.
- Coordinate estate assets and financial activity. Assist with estate and trust accounts, asset collection, transfers, distributions, property liquidation, life insurance claims, death benefits, and related financial documentation.
