Sales Development Representative

What You'll Do

• As our Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a great first impression and ensuring every qualified lead receives a fast, professional experience.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Contact new inbound leads within minutes of their registration.
• Follow a structured qualification script to confirm key information and assess interest.
• Schedule qualified appointments with the senior sales team.
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to maximize booking rates.
• Conduct appointment confirmations and reminder calls to maintain a high show-up rate.
• Keep the CRM accurate, organized, and up to date with all interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Spanish to communicate with clients.
• Fluent English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer success, or another client-facing role is a plus.
• Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly accountable and dependable—you consistently follow through on your commitments and communicate transparently about your results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to leads in real time.
• Full-time availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
