Evening Shift
13-Week Full-Time Contract
Ready for your next LPN opportunity? We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse to join a long-term care team in Painted Post, NY!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and state regulations

Requirements
- Current and valid NY State LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
