BPI is seeking a Director of Insights to lead the development and execution of data-driven research and analytics strategies that inform client campaigns and strategic communications. This role sits at the nexus of analytics, strategy, and storytelling—transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive results.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, translating complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
Drive the agency’s overarching research approach, ensuring that data-driven methodologies are at the core of all client campaigns and communications.
Shape the agency’s Point of View (POV) by staying ahead of industry trends and evolving analytics techniques.
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive research and analytics strategies, with a particular focus on sophisticated survey research.
Direct the full lifecycle of research projects, from initial design and methodology selection to final analysis and reporting.
Master sophisticated analytical tools to transform raw data into insights that optimize digital and creative campaign performance.
Oversee and mentor a team of analysts and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
Manage internal workflows and processes to ensure project timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
