City Wide Facility Solutions of NC is in need of an additional Maintenance Technician to work in the Raleigh-Durham area. The right candidate will be capable of handling typical handyman repairs independently and in a timely fashion.
Must be comfortable with the following jobs:
- -patching and painting drywall damage
- -replacing light fixtures
- -furniture assembly
- -simple plumbing work such as replacing toilets or faucets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a handyman or background in related field
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- General understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
