Are you energetic, goal-driven, and ready to launch your career in sales? City Wide Facility Solutions of Liberty Harbor is hiring a Sales Associate to help our business grow by fueling the top of our sales funnel — a great fit if you're early in your career and looking for a role where your work ethic and attitude matter more than your resume. In this role, you'll research prospects, make outbound connections, and set up qualified appointments for our sales team.
You'll connect with decision-makers, learn to master outbound outreach, and play a crucial part in driving business growth across 20+ facility service lines. We'll teach you the skills — we're looking for the grit, curiosity, and drive to make the most of them.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify businesses in the Liberty Harbor market that could benefit from City Wide's services.
- Execute 50–100 high-quality outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) each day to build interest and schedule qualified appointments.
- Schedule, confirm, and document appointments, creating a seamless handoff to sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all outreach efforts and communications.
- Collaborate regularly with leadership to review progress, refine outreach strategies, and deliver consistent messaging.
- Provide valuable insights to leadership on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
What Success Looks Like
- 50–100 daily outbound activities with quality conversations
- 10+ qualified appointments scheduled per month
- 100% of required activity tracked accurately in CRM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- No prior sales experience required — this is an ideal first or second job for someone ready to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales.
- A go-getter attitude with the grit to push through rejection and stay motivated toward daily and monthly goals.
- Strong learning aptitude and coachability — willing to take feedback and apply it quickly.
