SUMMARY
Embark on the role of Lifeguard Manager, where you will assume leadership in overseeing the safety and quality of of Premier's day-to-day operations at the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center. Your responsibilities include improving the skill set of lifeguards daily via mentorship and audits, supervising the lifeguard and customer service staff, conducting efficient training sessions, ensuring day-of satisfaction of birthday party reservations, and ensuring rigorous enforcement of facility rules.
