Accounting Clerk

Stanbridge University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Department. This position supports the University’s day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll processing, purchase orders, financial transaction processing, account reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.

The successful candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role regularly handles sensitive and confidential financial information and requires professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Stanbridge University’s Irvine, California campus.
