As we launch and expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor.
This role will be a key partner in establishing a strong foundation for our US teams.
Position Overview
The Front-of-House Floor Supervisor is responsible for leading daily café operations by ensuring exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a highly engaged team. This role serves as the primary leader on the café floor during their shift, balancing hospitality, efficiency and attention to detail while fostering a welcoming and elevated environment for every guest.
