What you'll do:
- Coordinate the mobile (Android/Kotlin) development team, ensuring on-time delivery with quality; Act as the team's Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments; Represent the engineering perspective when communicating and planning with product and design; Guide technical and architectural decisions; Encourage the use of AI-assisted development tools and practices to optimize workflows and support the team's efficiency; Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals; Support developers' career growth through regular feedback and 1:1 meetings; Be challenged to create scalable and reliable solutions.
