As a Business Development professional in our Mobile Marketing team, you will be a key driver in bringing our cutting-edge POKKT offerings to the forefront of the advertising industry. You will partner directly with media agencies, empowering them to Excite Consumers Together through innovative mobile and in-game advertising solutions. If you are a natural relationship builder with a strong grasp of digital media who thrives on achieving targets, this is your stage.
What You'll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth & Portfolio Management: Actively manage and expand your agency portfolio, taking ownership of meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will cultivate long-term agency relationships while building a solid pipeline of new prospects.
- Consultative Sales & Pitching: Lead sales presentations and meetings with agency partners. You will translate client needs into effective, ROI-driven solutions using POKKT’s mobile and in-game advertising portfolio.
- Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing shifts. Use these insights to identify new growth opportunities, craft creative campaign strategies, and expand business with existing clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between agency partners and internal execution teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction.
- Who You Are
- Experience: Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably with exposure to digital marketing or media agencies (open to early-to-mid career professionals).
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the capability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive & Ownership: Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Communication & Networking: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with regional teams and multinational clients.
