Internship, Business Development (Kota Damansara)

We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Business Development team to support market expansion by assisting in sourcing potential clients and designing tailored e-commerce solutions. Taking the initiative, you will help craft visually compelling proposals and gain hands-on experience in how client pitches are developed and presented.

Additionally, you will analyze market trends and support key stakeholder relationships, operating with accountability to drive projects forward and deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

• Assist in proactively sourcing and identifying potential new clients to help expand our market reach and grow our business portfolio.
• Support the team in analyzing prospective clients' current online storefronts (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to identify performance gaps and brainstorm tailored business solutions.
• Collaborate in crafting high-impact pitch decks and business proposals, transforming ideas into visually compelling presentations that showcase our full suite of services.
• Support the BD team during client pitches, learning how to effectively present business proposals and articulate the value of our end-to-end e-commerce solutions.
• Conduct market research and monitor current e-commerce trends, both locally in Malaysia and globally and using these insights to assist the team in refining pitching strategies.
• Provide communication and administrative support to ensure seamless coordination between external stakeholders and internal teams.
• Who You Are
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Highly passionate about E-commerce and Digital Marketing, with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and take on real responsibilities.
• Familiar with the Malaysian e-commerce landscape and curious about local and global digital trends, with a basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset and self-awareness, able to take the initiative in problem solving.
• Demonstrate proficiency in presentation tools (Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Canva) with the ability to structure thoughts into clear, attractive slides.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel, have the ability to assist with data interpretation and market research.
