Finance and Operations Manager

Position Summary

Veggielution is hiring a collaborative Finance and Operations Manager to bridge administration, programmatic, facility and grant management workflows. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance and Operations Manager serves as the Executive Director's primary operational owner, ensuring that organizational systems, finance and grant administration, human resources, compliance, and administrative operations function efficiently and effectively in support of Veggielution's mission.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive manager who streamlines processes, manages resources efficiently, and bridges gaps to enhance productivity. They combine strong administrative expertise with fostering a collaborative, organized environment while driving process improvement and supporting team development. They are self-motivated, flexible, adept at managing change, and driven by Veggielution’s mission.
