Security Manager - Physical Security (m/f/d)

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, protecting our employees, sites, and technologies is essential to the development and delivery of mission-critical autonomous defense systems. You will initially focus on the role of Security Manager, taking responsibility for building and operating our physical security structures and ensuring that our employees and sites remain protected as we continue to grow across Europe.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Security and combine strategic responsibility with operational implementation. You will further develop security standards, strengthen resilience across multiple sites, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build a scalable physical security program that supports our mission.

What You'll Build

Overall responsibility for physical security across all offices and production sites, including the joint planning and implementation of measures with site management

Implementation of technical, organizational, and personnel-related measures, including access control, video surveillance (CCTV), and alarm and intrusion detection systems in accordance with applicable requirements
