About the Role
At ARX Robotics, you will build and develop the indirect procurement function that supports our growing organisation. You will shape sourcing strategies, lead negotiations with service and supply partners, and create procurement processes that work across multiple sites and countries.
Working closely with teams across ARX, you will bring structure, transparency, and commercial focus to categories including IT and software, facility management, energy, and external services. Your work will help the company scale responsibly while ensuring that internal teams have the partners and services they need to deliver our autonomous ground systems.
What You’ll Build
Sourcing strategies for indirect spend, with ownership of relevant categories such as IT and software, facility management, energy, and external services.
Well-run tenders and RFQs, from requirements gathering and bid evaluation through award decisions, contract negotiations, and price negotiations.
A reliable supplier base, including supplier selection, onboarding, development, and ongoing performance management.
