About This Role:
We are looking for an Intern Customer Success Agent to join our Customer Support team from the Madrid Office. In this role, you will be one of the first people customers rely on when they need help, making sure their questions are handled clearly, efficiently, and with care.
You will also help us spot recurring issues, share useful customer insights with internal teams, and improve the everyday support experience across Atolls’ platforms.
