If you love being outside, pushing your body, and learning technical skills, this role is built for you.
At All Natural Tree Experts, Apprentice Tree Climbers learn professional tree work from the ground up. You’ll start on the ground crew, master ropes and rigging, then earn your way into the canopy as a safe, skilled climber.
No prior tree experience required. Rock climbers, forestry students, forestry service employees, state parks employees, former Scouts, athletes, and anyone who loves hard, physical work outdoors tend to crush it here.
What Makes This Role Different
Uncapped Earning: $18-$21 plus $10,000 Plus yearly bonus potential.
Real career path: Ground → Apprentice Climber → Climber → Crew Leader→ Management/Trainer.
Year-round work: We don’t “shut down for the season.”
Paid training & gear: We invest in your climbing skills and equipment as you progress.
