About You
We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Chief Business Officer (CBO), Equipment. In this role, you will lead a dual-mandate transformation: strengthening financial and operational performance in the established product lines while architecting and scaling the newly forming custom-solutions division. To provide the leadership skills, abilities and creativity required to drive the performance of companies within the equipment units of the BCE group.
This role will manage all aspects of the business to achieve short-term financial targets, long-term strategic goals and the development of a cohesive team environment. Serves as the primary representative of the business unit to external stakeholders and provides strategic counsel to BCE Group leadership and relevant governance bodies (i.e. Board) on business performance, investment decisions and risk management.
