The Manager of Finance will report directly to the VP of Finance and play an important role in supporting the fiscal health and growth of the company. You will be responsible for assisting with project and corporate financing activities, including tax equity / tax credit sales, construction and permanent debt, and helping ensure that our development pipeline is adequately and efficiently capitalized.
This role requires strong financial modeling skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external financial partners. The ideal candidate will be eager to develop their deal execution skills, contribute to complex transactions, and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
The Manager of Finance will serve as a key member of the finance team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Supporting the execution of project-level debt and tax equity financings, as well as corporate-level capital raises.
