Member/Business Development Specialist at Education First Credit Union | LAYIQ

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field—or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or community outreach
Experience building relationships with schools, organizations, or community groups is a plus
Skills & Strengths: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
Experience using systems to track relationships, opportunities, and outreach efforts
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Confidence presenting to groups and leading educational sessions
Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a goal-driven environment
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative

Working Conditions: Hybrid of office and community-based work (approximately 20% office, 80% external events)

Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting of materials (up to 20 lbs).
