Overview
We're hiring a Machinist to join our small, hands-on machine shop team.
We’re open to machinists from both manual and CNC backgrounds, but strong manual machining fundamentals are important. You’ll work across manual, conventional, and CNC equipment while building your skills in setups, workholding, troubleshooting, code editing, and eventually CAM programming.
This is a role for someone who wants to become a more capable, independent machinist—not just run the same production cycle all day.

Learn the full machining process: Build experience with setups, tooling, jigs and fixtures, machine adjustments, inspection, and troubleshooting, not just machine operation.
Grow your CNC skills: Whether you have limited CNC experience or several years, you’ll have opportunities to develop further into code editing, advanced setups, and eventually CAM programming.
