Human Resources Manager $75K to $85K

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team at ODORZX INC. In this role, you’ll lead the HR Department and handle a variety of HR activities to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing HR processes and procedures, taking care of administrative duties, and supporting the office team as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing recruitment and onboarding, from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to conducting orientations for new hires
• Maintaining accurate, confidential employee records
• Handling benefits administration, including enrollments and updates
• Coordinating employee training and development programs
• Managing performance review processes
• Responding to employee questions and providing general HR support
• Leading HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Ensuring compliance with HR requirements and maintaining the dashboard system
• Handling administrative tasks and other office needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Manager role
• Strong knowledge of ADP Total Source and Deputy Time Clock software.
• A solid understanding of HR processes and procedures is essential, along with excellent organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are key.
