Position Summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a critical member of the OptiTrack Facilities team, responsible for maintaining the campus and supporting manufacturing operations. This role involves preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of facility systems, manufacturing equipment, and office infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to facilities work requests and perform day-to-day maintenance across the OptiTrack campus.
Perform preventive maintenance and limited repairs on facility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building controls.
Maintain and repair manufacturing process equipment as needed.
Install ergonomic office equipment, such as keyboard trays and related accessories.
