Outbound Call Coordinator - Builder Relations

The Outbound Call Coordinator is responsible for generating new builder relationships and creating financing opportunities by proactively identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective builder clients. Working from our Austin office, this person will make consistent outbound calls to prospective and existing builder contacts to set qualified call and in-person meeting appointments for our Outside Territory Managers.

This is a phone-first, relationship-building role that fuels the pipeline for our field sales team — it does not involve loan origination, processing, or underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls (supplemented by email, text messaging, and social media outreach) to prospective builders to discuss project funding needs and financing opportunities
