LOCATION: College Station

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every other week would work on weekends 4 hours each day (4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday).

PAY RATE: $14 - $14.50 per hour.

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exterior common areas and plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash and recycling removal
Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

Strong attention to detail and reliability
Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment

Preferred Experience:

Previous porter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred

Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
