Head of Product Growth (Referrals & Viral Loops)

Our client is a profitable, founder-led consumer healthcare and AI company building a full-stack digital care platform. The business serves more than 150,000 active patients each month, has grown to approximately $350 million in annual recurring revenue, and employs roughly 125 people.

We are hiring a Head of Product Growth to build and lead a new referrals and viral-loops function. Reporting directly to the founder and CEO, you will transform an existing referral program into a repeatable growth engine and own the full viral-growth surface across referrals, invite loops, user-generated content, social sharing, gifting, freemium, and product-as-marketing.

You will redesign and scale the referral program, lead a small team of engineers and designers, ship experiments daily, scope MVPs, work with the codebase, build the analytics stack for viral coefficients and loop performance, and establish the product-growth strategy and operating cadence from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on product-growth experience, with overall experience typically in the 5-to-15-year range. You must have personally built a consumer referral program or viral growth loop that produced material organic growth at meaningful scale. Strong candidates have led product growth or referrals at a high-growth direct-to-consumer company, or founded a viral consumer or social product. You can interface with a codebase, scope MVPs, move work into staging, and use SQL to guide decisions. You bring a hands-on individual-contributor mindset even while leading engineers and designers. Candidates may be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, France, or Canada and must be available until midday Pacific Time every weekday.
