Assistant Program Manager at Dominion House
Make a Difference Helping Other Where You Matter!
Responsibilities of the Assistant Program Manager is to provide assistance in the operation of the stabilization group home which services adults who have a psychiatric diagnosis in Schenectady, NY. The goal is to collaborate with the residents to stabilize while also providing rehabilitative services so they can transition to the next level of independence. This position provides leadership and mentoring to staff as they provide person-centered services and complete the accompanying documentation. Specific duties included:
Assist the Program Manager in providing oversight of the daily operation of the program, residents services, and staff supervision.
