About This Opportunity
Rockford is seeking an experienced and motivated Trades Foreman to represent our company on trades projects while leading and supporting our Trades Carpenters in the field. This role is responsible for overseeing daily self-perform operations, coordinating and supervising subcontractor activities, and ensuring a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment.
The Trades Foreman serves as a key point of communication between the jobsite and Trades leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and scheduling needs. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a commitment to safety, hands-on construction expertise, and proficiency with technology and project management tools, including Procore for reporting, RFIs, submittals, and schedule management.
